25 online sessions, 3-hours each​

Essence work is a powerful approach to personal and spiritual development. It takes as its starting point the rigorous and systematic exploration into the essence of the kind of things we all seek, such as confidence, vitality, peace, loving-kindness, joy, freedom, and love. 

Through such exploration, you will learn 

• to unhook from your unconscious ideas about confidence, vitality, peace, loving-kindness, joy, freedom and love which separate you from these resources
• to connect with these resources directly which will make them abundantly available to you in each present moment. 

Learning this is profoundly liberating. It will heal or dissolve many issues and challenges that you may have been struggling with throughout life. The Essence of Life has great transformative power and will make your life both simpler and richer.

In 2022, Sensing Mind Institute offers a one-year education on essence work consisting of 25 evening sessions of 3-hours each.

Each session will contain a mix of guided meditations, self-inquiry exercises, and Q&A sessions where students can work directly with the teacher. 

The methods underpinning the work is derived from time-honoured spiritual traditions as well as from modern research in cognitive science and positive psychology.

Classes will take place on Tuesday evenings from 5-8 pm UK tune / 18-21 CET.
