When you are first introduced to essence, a lot of emphasis is placed on information about the essence and on working with the issues that prevent you from perceiving the essences.
However, this is merely the first step. When you begin to clearly recognise essence in meditation as well as in your daily life, you need to practice letting your attention rest on these essences and, in this way, giving essence time to work on and through you. Sinking into essence and savouring the experience is key to anchoring in essence and learning to operate from this place in yourself.
In this workshop, we will focus on tuning in to different essences and exploring their subtle differences and similarities. We will use these explorations as a way of deepening our connection with the various essences.
This workshop is open for all who are familiar with the fundamental essences and wish to deepen their ability to distinguish between them and their ability to let their attention rest on these essences in meditation as in daily life.
